
Killer Kimchi scrambled eggs

Ingredients
- 4 Enriched Eggs
- A knob of unsalted butter
- 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
- A couple of tablespoons of kimchi, to stir through
Method
- Whisk the eggs together in a bowl and season lightly.
- Melt the butter with ½ tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Pour in the eggs and use a whisk to keep it moving whilst it cooks to your liking.
- Simply finely chop a couple of heaped tablespoons of kimchi and stir through your scrambled eggs before enjoying piled onto a buttered bagel.
